What is Memory Foam?
Visco
elastic memory foam was first developed in the early 1970's by NASA
in order to relieve the pressure experienced by astronauts during
space missions. But memory foam soon became popular in the medical
industry for its therapeutic benefits and has since become a
favourite for a 21st century range of sleep products.
The advantages of a Memory Foam Mattress
Memory Foam is suitable for all. However you like to sleep, front,
side, or back, memory foam moulds to the contours of your body
enabling you to achieve your most comfortable position.
Memory Foam is recommended by health professionals. Memory foam
helps to alleviate pain associated with many ailments.
Memory Foam provides support. The weight of the body is absorbed by
the memory foam evenly and individually, reducing pressure on the
spine and joints. Beneficial for those with back problems, arthritis
etc.
Hypoallergenic. Memory foam is hypoallergenic, great for allergy
sufferers.
Comfort and Luxury. A Memory foam mattress will improve your sleep
quality allowing you to achieve a comfortable and restful sleep.
Tossing and turning will be greatly reduced.
Dust Mites. Unlike ordinary mattresses, memory foam is resistant to
dust mites
No Turning. Memory foam mattresses do not sag like conventional ones
so do not require turning.
No disturbing your partner. As memory foam follows the contours of
you and your partner's bodies separately, if either of you get up in
the night the other will not be disturbed.
Warranty. For your peace of mind we offer we offer a five year
warranty on our mattress and topper range.
Flexcell mattresses are made from state of the art temperature
sensitive pressure relieving foam that responds to body temperature
and weight. The weight of the body is absorbed by the memory foam
evenly and individually reducing pressure on the spine and joints.
Beneficial for those with back problems, arthritis, aching joints
and muscles in addition to improving blood circulation.
On average you spend one third of our life in bed, therefore it is
important that your mattress should be neither too hard nor too
soft. Your body should not conform to the mattress, but the mattress
should conform to you. Visco elastic memory foam becomes softer in
warmer areas where your body is in most contact and remains firmer
in cooler areas where less contact is made. Imagine having a
mattress which is firm where you need it and soft where you want it?
Select a memory foam mattress from our Flexcell range and a bad
nights sleep will soon become a distant memory
